2010 Spring Online Registration
We are using new software and you will need to enter all info and answer required questions for each player. PLEASE make sure all information is correct and without typos, particularly phone numbers and email addresses. Online Registration opens December 7th and ends January 23rd.
Walk-Up Registration - If you are unable to register online, you can download, print and bring this form along with payment to our next walk-up registration on January 23rd or January 30th from 12:00pm till 3:00pm at Freedom Park Gym
